The purchase of any travel services offered by Wander Cebu Travel and Tours signifies a contractual agreement between you and the company, and constitutes your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding with any payment.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation Policies

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Reservations can be made via our website, social media platforms, chat systems, or phone.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or a PHP 2,000 down payment. Payments made after office hours will be processed the following business day.
• Confirmation emails will be sent to acknowledge payment and secure your reservation.

1.2 Payment Policies

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the scheduled tour, before the tour starts.
• Accepted payment methods include:

Credit card and debit card payments via PayPal (subject to a 6% transaction fee).
Bank transfers.
GCASH.

• Discounts for senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWD) apply only to entrance fees and are not applicable to other services.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policies

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled activity, provided that full payment has been made before the scheduled tour.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity will not be eligible for refunds.
• Cancellations with only the PHP 2,000 down payment are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

• The company reserves the right to cancel tours due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:Guests may choose a refund for the tour cost only (excluding service charges such as transportation, entrance fees, etc.).
  Guests may also choose to reschedule the tour, subject to availability. However, rescheduling will be subject to additional service charges, which may include a new transportation fee and other applicable charges based on the rescheduled date.

2.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds typically require 20-30 business days for processing.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour, such as transport, entrance fees, or accommodations.
• No refund is provided if whale sharks are not sighted due to environmental factors. Transportation costs are non-refundable as they are part of the operational expenses.

2.4 Missed Departures and Immigration Issues

• No refunds will be provided for missed portions of trips due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights, or if passengers are not permitted by the Immigration or Consulate authorities to travel after airport check-in.
• Wander Cebu Travel and Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred prior to joining the tour if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
• If a group member cancels, is excluded, or misses a portion of the tour, no refund will be issued for their absence or missed activities.

3. Travel Itinerary and Accommodations

3.1 Itinerary Modifications

• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, operational needs, or other circumstances.
• Guests will be promptly informed of any changes.

3.2 Accommodation Policies

• Accommodation is subject to the supplier's refund and cancellation terms and conditions, and any cancellations or modifications may incur additional charges or be non-refundable as per the supplier’s policies.
• Wander Cebu Travel and Tours is not responsible for the supplier’s accommodation policies, including changes, cancellations, or refunds.

4. Liability and Responsibility

4.1 Risk Acknowledgment

• Guests accept the inherent risks involved in travel and adventure activities.
• Wander Cebu Travel and Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.

4.2 Health and Fitness Requirements

• Certain tour activities require participants to meet specific physical and mental well-being standards. By booking, guests vouch for their ability to participate safely.
• Participants deemed unfit (e.g., due to illness, intoxication, or other conditions) may be excluded from activities without a refund.

4.3 Limitations of Liability

• The company’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked tour package.
• Wander Cebu Travel and Tours is not responsible for expenses due to delays, cancellations, or missed portions of the tour.

4.4 Indemnification

• Guests agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims or expenses arising from participation in the tour.

5. Other Considerations

5.1 Force Majeure

• The company is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

5.2 Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

5.3 Reservation Changes and Transfers

• Confirmed reservations are transferable, but adjustments may result in additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for any fee increases, such as entrance fees or meal costs, that occur after booking.

5.4 No Sightseeing Guarantee

• There is a small possibility (approximately 1%) that whale sharks may not be seen during the scheduled tour. This is due to factors beyond our control, such as the unpredictable nature of wildlife, inclement weather, or environmental conditions. In such cases, transportation costs are non-refundable as they are part of the operational expenses.

5.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Cebu City, Philippines.

Tour Cost Definition

• The tour cost refers to the base price for the tour package, which includes the primary services such as entrance fees, tour guides, meals, and accommodations (if applicable) as specified in the itinerary.
• Transportation costs and the driver's service fee are not included in the tour cost and are non-refundable once the service has been used (e.g., when the transportation has been utilized for the tour or when the tour has commenced).
• Accommodation is subject to the supplier's refund and cancellation terms and conditions, and any cancellations or modifications may incur additional charges or be non-refundable as per the supplier’s policies.
