Booking & Payment
A 20% downpayment via GCash confirms your booking (your date is held for 24 hours while we verify payment). The remaining balance is due on the day of your tour or transfer, payable by cash or GCash. We don't currently accept card or bank transfer.
Confirmation
Every booking is verified and confirmed by a real person, usually within a few business hours (business hours 9am–5pm). You'll get an email at each step, plus reminders 7 days and 1 day before your trip.
Cancellations
Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before your trip. Inside 7 days, the 20% downpayment is non-refundable.
